Reply, react, star, pin, forward and copy
Pinning is the one that matters in six months: it is how a channel keeps the decision without anybody having to scroll for it.
Send files, pictures, video, audio and voice messages
Files sent in chat can come straight from Drive, which keeps one copy rather than a chat copy and a real one.
Mark urgent, and mention a team or department
Mentioning a team is an address, not an announcement. Use a company announcement when you mean everybody.
Delete a message
Deleting your own message and deleting anybody’s for everyone are different permissions. The second is a moderation power and should be held by few.
