How it fits
eLearning owns courses, progress, scores and certificates. Employees stay in HR, media in Drive, live classes in Meet and dates in Calendar.
What it will do
Onboarding, compliance, skills and formal programs — for learners, instructors, managers and the training team.
Sections and lessons in a drag-and-drop tree, with video, documents, live classes, quizzes, assignments and SCORM.
Rules make a course required for a group, set due dates and re-enrol people before a certificate expires.
Nominations, batches, practical evaluations and a scorecard per participant.
Question banks, randomisation, timers, attempts and rubric-graded assignments.
Numbered certificates with QR verification, expiry and recertification.
Governed learning
Content goes through review before anyone sees it, and every participant in a program moves through clear steps to a published result.
Around the course
The pieces that turn single courses into training a company can plan and report on.
Coming next
eLearning is a new WorkSuite app. Its specification is out for review; each phase is a usable release, starting with the core LMS.

In a visual course builder: sections and lessons in a drag-and-drop tree, with video, documents, live classes, quizzes, assignments and SCORM. A course is published only after review.
Yes. AI can draft outlines, lessons and quiz questions, but that content is flagged until a person checks it, and subjective grades are always set by an instructor.
Rules make a course mandatory for a group, set due dates and reminders, escalate overdue training and re-enrol people before a certificate expires.
A program score is the weighted sum of its components, each scored 0–100%. A pass needs the pass mark and every hurdle, such as component minimums and attendance.
Yes. Certificates are numbered, with expiry and recertification, and anyone can check one by number or QR code on a public verification page.
Yes. Completions, hours, grades and skills land on the employee’s HR training record, and courses can be assigned automatically from HR onboarding steps.
Live classes run in Meet, and classroom sessions take attendance by QR.
Not on the live demo yet: eLearning is in development and marked coming next. Book a demo at /contact/?kind=demo and we will show where it stands and when it is planned.
WorkSuite runs as WorkSuite One Cloud, hosted for you, or on your own server. On the Cloud, the business apps come with WorkSuite Business; on your own server, pricing depends on server size and the apps you choose, so ask us which plan fits.
WorkSuite runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone with nothing to install. WorkSuite Desktop is also available for Windows, macOS and Linux and can point at the Cloud or at your own server.
