How it connects

Point it at Cloud or at your own server.

The same app connects to worksuitecloud.com or to the WorkSuite installation your company runs — it reads the server’s settings and signs you in.

  1. 01

    Find the server

Enter your company address, or choose WorkSuite Cloud for a personal workspace.

  2. 02

Password with two-step verification, or a passkey through your browser.

  3. 03

    Trust the device

The server registers the device and sends it a signed policy.

  4. 04

    Work anywhere

Online, limited or offline — the app shows which, and syncs when it can.

Device enrollment

Enroll a computer in six steps.

  1. 1The organization administrator generates an enrollment code.
  2. 2The employee installs WorkSuite OS or WorkSuite Desktop.
  3. 3The employee signs in with an authorized organization account.
  4. 4The device is registered with the organization.
  5. 5Policies and permissions are synchronized to the device.
  6. 6The administrator can monitor and manage the enrolled device.

Enrollment is consent-based and clearly separates organization-owned devices from personal ones.
