Before you start

Checkout closes the visit financially. Deposits taken at booking are settled here rather than being a separate payment to reconcile.

This is the configuration that makes double-booking impossible. A resource that is not modelled cannot be protected from being booked twice.
View commissions earned
Commission follows from the completed, checked-out visit, so it is calculated from what happened rather than from the diary.
Keep customer notes and export reports
Notes travel with the customer between visits, which is most of what makes the second appointment better than the first.
